Izlijte visak, obrisite celu povrsinu tiganja papirnim ubrusom i ostavite da se ohladi. Ponovite ovaj postupak nakon svakog pranja tokom prvog meseca, a zatim po potrebi.

Napomena: Ne stavljajte ovaj tiganj u pecnicu bez prethodnog skidanja drske.

Reduce the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes. Pour off the excess, wipe the entire surface of the pan with a paper towel and let it cool. Repeat this process after each wash during the first month, and then as needed.
